[BioC] Rgraphviz and MacOS

Thanks to Robert Gentleman for pointing out that Graphviz 1.12 needs to be
used for version 1.4.0 of Rgraphviz and that 1.13 needs to be used with
anything later (devel version of Rgraphviz).  Now works, but with graphviz
compiled from source.
