[BioC] pExplorer bug?

Hi there,

I am running R1.9.0 and Bioconductor 1.4 on Chinese Windows XP. All 
installed packages are up-to-date. When I start pExplorer, the GUI 
window shows the correct package path C:/PROGRA~1/R/rw1090/library, but 
the drop down button and the select package button are not working.
