I have found the  following message by searching the bioconductor.  
However, the link for the annotation package on the MetaData section is 
broken.  Can you help to find the package and email me either the link

Thanks to James MacDonald, annotation packages for Affymetrix ygs98 chip 
are
available in the metaData section of Bioconductor.
