[BioC] IQR question

Dear BioConductor list:

I am working on a small data set which came from nylon membrane spots 
technology. Each membrane holds 102 genes plus some controls.

What I did was using vsn to normalize the data. I also like to apply IQR 
normalization for comparison. Are there any programs in BioConductor I can 
use for IQR analysis?

I do not have any experience on small data sets. Any suggestions will be 
appreciated.
