[BioC] missing function in duplicateCorrelation?

Hi all,

This is more or less a FYI: I ran into an error when trying to use
duplicateCorrelation in limma along the lines of: function "mixedModel2Fit"
not found (I didn't keep the exact text). This function didn't seem to be
in limma, but since duplicateCorrelation called for package statmod, I
checked it. However, it wasn't in the statmod 1.2.0 that I had gotten in
the middle of October. I checked CRAN and saw that there was a new version
of statmod 1.2.3 put up on Dec. 12. I updated statmod and it did have
mixedModel2Fit. There hasn't been anything about this on Bioconductor, so I
thought I put out a warning in case anyone else runs into the same problem
and (hopefully) searches the archives...

Here's my sessionInfo (only statmod was changed):

R version 2.2.0, 2005-10-06, i386-pc-mingw32

attached base packages:
[1] "tools" "methods" "stats" "graphics" "grDevices" "utils"
[7] "datasets" "base"

other attached packages:
RWinEdt affyPLM affydata limma gcrma matchprobes
     "1.7-3" "1.6.0" "1.6.0" "2.4.4" "2.2.0" "1.2.1"
        affy Biobase statmod
     "1.8.1" "1.8.0" "1.2.3"
