[BioC] GEO Files: queryGEO( ) question,

Hi BioC,

I would like to access GEO files in R and Make expression set of below ID:

> geo <- GEO()
> queryGEO(geo,"GDS813");
  <0 x 0 matrix>

but GSM107 works fine..what could be the reason? 
Anyone had this kind of problem or not..or I am doing something wrong?
