[BioC] annotation packages and ACCNUM mappings

Hi Maria,

We used 'Representative.Public.ID' and 'Entrez.Gene' only from the 
Affymetrix csv format annotation files to build all versions of moe430a 
and rae230a.  Could you please show me why you think 'Target Description' 
is involved in the ACCNUM environments?  Thanks.
