[BioC] Limma User Guide: normalizeBetweenArrays

Is there a mistake on p. 67 of the Limma User's Guide (27 October 2004)?

Firstly, MA.pq is not defined, but the density is plotted.
Secondly, we have normalizeWithinArrays, although I think that quantile 
normalization is a
normalizeBetweenArrays method.
