[BioC] Monograph

[Pie Muller]

Has anyone successfully downloaded and installed the "Bioconductor 
Monograph" from the Bioconductor website? I could download and unzip the 
packages but couldn't work out how to read the monograph. Guess I am 
missing something out... Any suggestions?
