[BioC] alternate /tmp for Bioconductor install

It works already, as far as I can tell.  My goal is to have a  
portable, changeable Bioconductor environment.  I envision this  
requiring only three steps:

  1) insert Knoppix CD
  2) insert USB stick/drive with PKDI (persistent Knoppix disk image)
  3) boot machine

I just added RMySQL.  That too seems to work.
