[BioC] AnnBuilder: use local gene2accession file

Always when I execute the ABpkgBuilder command, BioC try to download the 
whole "gene2accession" file from ncbi server. I try to modify 
"myScrUrls" and "myOtherSrc" but without success. Any suggestion?
