[BioC] background correction with cDNA array data

You can also have a look at the recent book: "Bioinformatics and 
Computational Biology Solutions Using R and Bioconductor"
from Robert Gentleman, Vince Carey, Wolfgang Huber, Rafael Irizarry and 
Sandrine Dudoit.
