[BioC] AnnBuilder package and URLs

Hi,
I am using AnnBuilder package. I don't want to download the base from 
ncbi each time i make a package. so i have downloaded them and put them 
on my  local disk but now i get an error message when trying to connect 
to the base :
URL /home/tmourot/Work/Scripts/tmp/EG/gene2accession.gz is incorrect or 
the target site is not responding!

Can someone help me please
