[BioC] Location of Bioconductor R package "TaqGCN"

Hi Melanie,

There is currently no package called "TaqGCN" in Bioconductor. And AFAICS no
package with this name has been submitted to the Bioconductor reviewers for
inclusion in the next release. You might consider contacting directly the
authors for a clarification.
