[BioC] chromosome arms missing from Affy's Mapping 500K Array Set SNP chips?

Human chromosomes 13, 14, 15, 21, and 22 are acrocentric chromosomes 
which lack a p arm.  The only DNA content in the location of a p arm is 
stalk and satellite DNA and the ribosomal DNA.
