This meeting is aimed at Bioconductor contributors and at users who want 
to become package developers. The goal of the meeting is exchange of 
technical experiences and new developments, and the coordination of 
related efforts.

- New developments in Bioconductor core packages and infrastructure
- QA tools for this-generation sequencing
- Proteomics
- Visualisation - Qt, Googlemaps, large bitmaps, browser-based 
interactive visualisation
- Scalability and performance - parallelisation, netcdf
- Publishing reproducible research - tools, experiences, strategies

- Package development bazar: all participants will be invited to give a 
10-min presentation of "their" package or project, and there will be 
ample time for discussion and coordination.
