[BioC] Problems Installing EBImage on Windows XP

Hi Vonn

I think the key is to add the path to the 'bin' directory of your gtk
installation to the system 'PATH' variable; additional details are in
the vignette 'EBImage Installation' at

  http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/EBImage.html

I see something like (for an appropriate value of '15' below)
