dput truncation

dput() seems to be truncating data (either using single precision or some
formatting). In general my data is not so accurate that I should worry about
this and the small difference after dput then dget is mostly just an annoyance.
However, in some circumstances the truncation is enough that tsp attributes are
no longer valid, and that causes more serious difficulties. Is there any way to
modify the behavior of dput?
