[Rd] png device driver corrupt! (Rbitmap.dll?) (PR#868)

I downloaded the precompiled Windows version of R v1.2.2 (rw1022) and found out
that the png graphical device driver is corrupt. Previous versions have worked
just fine for me.

EXAMPLE:
> png("test.png")
> plot(1,1)
> dev.off()
libpng error: Application must be recompiled; version 1.0.6 was incompatible

WORK AROUND:
Until a new version comes out, one can simply replace ${R_HOME}/bin/Rbitmap.dll
by ditto found in version 1.2.1 (rw1021b1.zip).
