[Rd] png device driver corrupt! (Rbitmap.dll?) (PR#868)

Just to be clear, this is a problem only with the precompiled versions on
CRAN, and the sources for Rbitmap.dll are unchanged since 1.2.0.  Indeed,
compiling against libpng-1.0.6 works for me, although it is no longer

Also, it is the build that is corrupt not the png device driver (which is
not in that DLL).

Alternatively, build from the sources.
