R-1.6.0; BLAS and friends

One way for you to make your life easier would be to 

  a) simply install the existing 1.6.0.beta package(s), or 

  b) rebuild it locally as its Build-Depends ought to imply the same
     structure that works for me as well as for eleven build daemons on
     other architectures.
