[Rd] R for Windows GUI Front-End Problem (PR#3364)

There is nothing here to help reproduce the problem, but experience says 
it is not R but other software on your machine that has the bug (for 
example, a graphics driver or utility), so we would be unable to reproduce 
it.

Note that the current version is R 1.7.1.

We suggest that you reinstall Windows and then install rw1071.exe onto a 
clean installation of Windows.
