Here's a simpler example:

> f<-function (...) 
+ {
+     return(list(call.list = as.list(match.call())))
+ }
> x <- f(y=4)
> dump('x')
> rm(f)
> source('dumpdata.r')
Error in structure(list(f, y = 4), .Names = c("", "y")) : 
        Object "f" not found

This bug still appears in R-patched.
