[Rd] PR#9279 is not fulfilled

As of SVN revision 40493, this wish is NOT fulfilled, and should be moved out 
of the wishlist-fulfilled category again.

The note "Use :::" does NOT address this issue, and the triple colon operator 
will fail to look up the symbols in question just like the double colon 
operator. In fact this issue has nothing to do with whether the symbol is 
exported or not, but with whether or not the symbol is placed in the 
namespace at all.

Please run the code example provided in the original report.
