Perhaps someone already fixed this? It is a bit ambiguous what
"currently" means above....

Currently (sic!) the posting guide has ...#R-Bugs as the link, and that
goes to the relevant section of the FAQ.
The ...#R%20Bugs goes to the top of the FAQ. So I'd say that things are
as they should be and anything else would be wrong.
