[Rd] WARNING Undocumented S4 methods 'initialize' - why?

Dear all,

Meanwhile I found my mistake.
I forgot to add class QualTreeSet to 'initialize-methods.Rd'.
However, I am not sure if I should make 'initialize' public at all.
