Sorry, my mistake, I grossly misunderstood the question.

qnorm(1e-300)
#[1] -37.0471

Anyway, you cannot go much smaller.

p <- 10^seq(-300, -400, by = -10)
z <- qnorm(p/2)
exp(z*z/2)
