we have started on a ts library (we needed some functions for
teaching), we also got a version of acf working, but it has some bugs
and nobody has written man pages so far ... therefore we won't make a
public package of it now.

but we could start a joint project for a ts toolbox ...

the right place for stuff like this is the developers mailing list,
	r-devel at stat.math.ethz.ch
which is handled by the same majordomo as the help list.
