[R] postscript preview

You don't need ghostscript, and in particular you don't need a modern
ghostscript.  (A considerable advantage on Windows.)  Also, one can in
principle at least write cleaner PDF that is easier to edit, for example.

As someone pointed out to me privately, bitmap() does the postscript +
epstopdf bit for you if you select type = "pdfwrite". (As the author of
bitmap, I did know that....)
