[R] Rcmd

If you have R version 1.2.0 then there is a problem with Rcmd for that
version.

If you have R version 1.2.1 then I would ask did you install Perl. The sub
command SHLIB, CHECK, ... are in fact Perl script and Rcmd passes this sub
command to perl amoung other things.
