I had ActiveState Perl 6.20 on my machine when I loaded R (now at 1.2.1).
Does R for Windows carry another version of Perl, or do parts of R (like
Rcmd) not work if you don't have your own Perl installed?

Q: What phrase will you never hear Candice Bergen use?
A: "My daddy didn't raise no dummies".
