[R] Rcmd ?

Ok I can do that (get the new file) no problem. I don't understand the
relation with rwinst.exe. I've install R1020 with rwinst and it worked fine
with the same environment PATH string. I just updated it to the new R
location and did the same to RHOME. I even used it again to add packages
with no problems. But rcmd doesn't even start and you say that rwinst should
not work either with this long path is that it?
