[R] Error: subscript out of bounds

Hallo Francisco,

you have to debug your function. If you want to go stepwise through it
use debug(functionname) and then functionname(all the arguments). If you
know, that the first part of your function is propper, set a browser()
after this part and start your function like every day. If R reach this
statement, it will switch into the debug mode. More infos under ?browser
?debug
