[R] Main R Project and CRAN sites down?

It works from my work machine but not my home machine (yes, I can
connect from one to the other...) so I suspect a router along the way
got wedged.

I think these are likely separate issues.

One thing is odd: http://cran.dk.r-project.org/ is actually the same
machine as http://cran.us.r-project.org/ (that's a DNS configuration
error -- it should point to sunsite.dk....)

cran.stat.ucla.edu is Jan de Leeuws machine which has been a bit
unstable lately.
