[R] make check errors

After make check in a linux suse7.3
with

./configure --enable-R-shlib --with-blas=/usr/lib/libatlas.a --with-gnome
--with-gnome-includes=/opt/gnome/include --with-gnome-libs=/opt/gnome/lib
--with-libglade-config=/opt/gnome/bin/libglade-config


I run make and make check. I get, at the end:

What should I do to fix these errors?
