My old teacher, Søren Johansen, did a set of lecture notes on
exponential families. The list of references includes "Baker, R.J. and
Nelder, D.A. (1978), The GLIM system, Rothamsted Exponential
Station" (it's *J*.A. Nelder, but that's not the issue...).
