[R] Updating packages in Ubuntu feisty for 2.5

Wrong place. Please subscribe to r-sig-debian, and ask there. Someone
may just walk you through (locally) building the R 2.5.1 package for
Debian.  After all, there *are* R 2.5.1 packages for Ubuntu, though
for 32-bit bit aka x86 intel.
