[R] question about running out of memory on R

Do

?"Memory-limits"

and then look at

?memory.limit

I have an icon that starts R and have that as the command line
parameter.  You should be able to set that up.  You should be able to
use

memory.limit(2000)  # set limit to 2GB

in .Rprofile.
