[R] Start Klimt from R

Probably at least a "\" is missing. Anyway, to be sure you can get the 
current workng directory with getwd().

I haven't touched Klimt for some time now: Are you sure it is *R*'s 
working directory and not some Java lib dir or so?

So don't use a working directory with blanks in it.
