[R] Manipulate strings reordering some elements

I have to add some clarification:

there are ONLY 4 articles (el,la,los,las) and the structure is always
the same:

NAMEOFMUNICIPALITY (El)
NAMEOFMUNICIPALITY (La)
etc.
