[R] Can not load Rcmdr

Dear Lugwig,

Have you followed the steps in the Rcmdr installation notes at <http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Misc/Rcmdr/installation-notes.html>? In particular, have you installed X-Windows? Mac OS X Mountain Lion does not come with X-Windows installed.
