[R] Geolocating image frames automatically from an already georeferenced image

R has several "SIGs" where your query is more likely to fit. See here
https://www.r-project.org/mail.html for a list. I think either
r-sig-ecology  or r-sig-geo might be appropriate, but you decide. Post on
