[R] anyone having trouble accesing CRAN?

Yes, CRAN is down.

I know last week there was an anouncement about a maintenance scheduled 
but I cannot place that e-mail right now and don't remember the date 
exactly so I cannot say for sure this is what is happening.

But it is probably a scheduled maintenance.
