Dear Sir, I am trying to analyze Affymetrix Rat U34A data. Since the cdf files are not in the original affy package, I downloaded rgu34acdf file as instructed. But then how can I install this file to affy package? Simplely put this file under afffy/data folder doesn't seem to work. Thanks a lot for your help. Po
