[BioC] Cannot install from .tar.gz

Hi

I also have a problem installing bioconductor on Linux!

I am running R 1.6.2 on SUSE Linux 8.1

>R INSTALL Bioconductor_1.2.tar.gz

#loads of output
#
#
#
#etc

* Installing *source* package 'edd' ...
** R
** inst
** save image
Error: couldn't find function "setClass"
Execution halted
ERROR: execution of package source for 'edd' failed


... and the installation fails.

Any help?
