[BioC] R Hangs

I tried the same thing on the same platform, and thought it hung as well.
However, after leaving it alone for over an hour, it apparently is doing the
installation, just taking a long time.  I have no idea why it takes so long.
(It still hasn't finished:  It's now at Ruuid.)

(I did get warnings about the packages being built for 1.7.0.  Not sure if
that has anything to do with it.)
