[BioC] RMA expression with MAS P/A flags

Hello,
I am interested in generating RMA expression values and the MAS
Present/Absent calls in one file using Bioconductor. I envision it
requires a script to combine the information from both RMA and MAS
results. Has somebody already done this and is willing to share so that
I am not going to reinvent the wheel?
