[BioC] Rgraphviz on CRAN ??

Seems Soren is looking for a Windows binary, which indeed is not there
(see http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Rgraphviz/index.html), with

is also hosted on BioC and does not pass the checks on CRAN. 
Please see its BioC version.

To simplify matters, should we stop dual hosting?
