[BioC] Illumina vs Affy chips

Dear Tom

Thank you for your answer, I am sure the sysadmins will solve the problem.
FYI, ROOT has binaries for Sparc-Solaris, but for Linux you need to 
compile it from source. In case there are any problems, the ROOT 
developers are very responsive to questions.
