[R] digital online identifier (doi) CRAN manual?

I use https://zenodo.org/ to get a DOI for a package. E.g.
ir. Thierry Onkelinx
Instituut voor natuur- en bosonderzoek / Research Institute for Nature and
team Biometrie & Kwaliteitszorg / team Biometrics & Quality Assurance
